Our Strength & Conditioning classes focus on building strength through the compound lifts: squat, bench, deadlift, and overhead press. Sessions also include accessory work to support your lifts, improve movement quality, and reduce injury risk, finishing with a conditioning piece to build cardiovascular fitness and overall work capacity.
Strongman Fridays take our traditional Strength & Conditioning format and swap out the main compound lift for strongman event training. Expect carries, pulls, loading, pressing, and functional strength work designed to build real-world power, athleticism, and confidence with strongman-style movements.

Throwdown is all about high-energy partner workouts, team WODs, and fast-paced conditioning sessions. Expect a fun, challenging atmosphere packed with all the things you love to hate - the perfect way to kick off your Saturday.
Need flexibility with your training time? Our Rolling Class allows you to start your session anytime within the 2 hour class window. You can follow the programmed Strength & Conditioning session or work through your own training, with a coach available throughout to guide, support, and assist. Perfect for those who enjoy the class environment but need more flexibility around timing.
